Super Simple Learning

Songs are amazing teaching tools. We can use them to give young learners repeated exposure to the rhythm, vocabulary, and grammar of a language. supersimplelearning.com has many of our favourite songs like 'Who Stole the Cookie From the Cookie Jar' and 'I See Something Blue'. Music has also helped the students respond to commands like putting their toys away and coming to the carpet when they hear the 'Clean Up Song'.

Try 'The Clean Up' song at home and see if they can clean up before the song ends!

Starfall

Starfall.com is a educational website that teaches children how to read by using games and phonics. We are using the ABC phonics section to practice each letter of the alphabet, identify upper and lower case letters and learn new vocabulary.

A is for apple, alligator and astronaut. Can you think of anything else that starts with A?
